Ordering/Payment

All credit card transactions take place through PayPal.  We do not have access to your credit card information and cannot view it.  For more information, please review PayPal’s  privacy statement. You may purchase items on this website just like you would any other. It is NOT neccessary to have a paypal account.

Cancelation of Orders

Unless an order is out of stock or is on back order and cannot be delivered in a satisfactory time frame, no cancellations or refunds can be made once an order has been place.

Return Policy

You may return an item 14 days from its purchase date. We will exchange or provide in store credit only as long as the items are in new and unused condition and are sent with its receipt.

You need to e-mail us at returns@cpkarr.com explaining your reason for return.  We will send you an authorization number which must be written on your box.  The items must be shipped in its original packaging and be insured for the full value of the item.  The sender is responsible for the cost of shipping. COD shipments will not be accepted. The package must be traceable and require a signature upon delivery.  We are not responsible for lost packages.
